Service and employees couldn’t have been nicer or more professional!!, Room was a steam bath. No AC and no way for maintenance to repair. Sleeping with balcony door open is a challenge because airplanes land and take off all night. Room was clean although there was a funky smell from the moment we stepped foot off the elevator. Luckily only booked for one night. Do not stay here in the summer there is no way to tolerate the heat.

Worst stay in Spain on our 10 day trip by far!!! We booked an Executive Double Room for 2 nights assuming this hotel would have controllable air conditioning. Well, NO they did not! It was VERY hot in the room when we checked in and they said it would cool down and that they only had either heat or cool and in March they only run heat. We could not sleep so they moved us to a regular room (no bidet, reclining chair or extended coffee service which came in the Executive room) with a terrace which had a door. Unfortunately, the hotel leaves all its lights on at night so we could not leave the door open. We got NO sleep and asked for a refund in the morning along with a credit for the next night we would not be staying. They refunded the second night but not the first. Nor would they refund us the difference in the room we stayed in. The management cares nothing about customer service and have taken our money. Since they would not resolve our problem, we are disputing the charge on our credit card. Bottom line, don't stay here!

Everything was good with exception of tub not draining as fast during showers. The restaurant food was good. The breakfast buffet had limited items for the price. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The location was less than 10 min, walking, from metro which was a plus for us as we used metro to get around; traveled during the night/day, and it was pretty safe. There are multiple local restaurants within walking distance as well. I would recommend.

The hotels location was great for the airport & Wanda stadium. We stayed for two nights . First impressions the hotel was well kept & very clean . Check-in was easy, and the Male receptionist was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a map showing how to travel to where we wanted to visit . The room was spacious with a balcony but with no outside furnishings. The room and bathroom were very clean . The beds were comfortable. With good quality white cotton bedding. The room and bathroom were a little dated but very clean . Double wardrobe, plenty of hangers. T.V / radio . Kettle was clean and no lime scale marks,with plenty of tea and coffees . there was a mini fridge with 2 glass bottles of water and chilled drinking glasses . The bathroom had a hair dryer, a large shower,plenty of hot water, we didn't eat in the hotel choosing the local bars and restaurants instead. The train station was only a few minutes walk away . There is also a Dia supermarket not far from the train station. We had a lovely stay at senator barajas. There were no issues with the hotel it just alitttle outdated in room .They complimentary shuttel bus to and from airport was a great bonus . Taxi are a standard 20Euro from the airport, then 1.50euro charge for each mile. I would best book a uber or wait for the shuttle bus . Tip for trains tickets buy a metro card with 10 journeys for under 9 euros. Which can be used for your group repeating passback to each other in your group.
